4 cups popped popcorn
• 18g Coconut Oil
• 2 tbsp crunchy almond butter
• 3 tbsp Boyne Valley Runny Honey
• pinch of cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ¼ tsp of vanilla
• 40g of butter
- Place popped popcorn & salt in a large bowl.
- Melt coconut oil, almond butter ,butter, Boyne Valley Honey, and cinnamon together in a small saucepan over medium heat. whisk until melted and smooth.
- Whisk in vanilla and remove from heat.
- Drizzle over popcorn and gently stir until evenly coated.
